Welcome to my page…

My name is Cathrin and I am based on the beautiful island Bornholm in Denmark.

I have danced all my life and today I unite my passion for dance with my devotion to the healing aspects of somatic work.

Working with people, self-development, and healing through dance & movement is a meaningful work that I am grateful to be a spaceholder for.

For me, it all started with a dream of becoming a professional dancer. A path that led to a lot of inner work as I ventured into life as a freelancer. It has been about healing many of the wounds triggered by encounters with rejections and dreams that did not turn out as expected.

Learning to meet myself in my vulnerability and to navigate through and with the inner emotional landscape. Creating space for the unconscious to be met and released.

Through this, my path has taken many turns. It has meant rebuilding trust in my many interests and trusting my multi passionate nature that embraces many different projects and passions.

It has led to a life and work that resonates with me deeply. Today, I work as both a dance artist, teacher, holistic coach, and spiritual mentor.

I guide dance & conscious movement classes, which can be either through contemporary dance & improvisation or the free form & ecstatic kind of movement. In addition, I hold space for groups, cacao ceremonies, and courses where both dance, spiritual & personal development comes together.
